I just wanted to thank all of our readers out there in SPP Land.  Just a few reminders from our staff.

• We are not affiliated with Slide in any way.  We are a blog run by SPP Addicts for SPP Addicts.  If you have questions, concerns, or comments that pertain to Superpoke Pets.  Please direct them to the correct place.  Probably the best place to start would be the Customer Service Center (CSC) you can also try Contacting Slide.
• Also please remember when commenting that if it doesn’t show up immediately to not try to reposting your comment.  I promise you it is there.  For whatever reason it may have hit our spam filter or first time users it must be approved first.  We do this so we don’t end up with a lot of spam.  Let me tell you there is a lot of it we get and reposting takes us longer to get your comments up.
• When using the Shout Box on the right side or in the comments please remember young kids do come and visit our site.  Please keep you language, name calling or inappropriate links out of the box.  Pretty much if you wouldn’t do it in front of your parents or on spp.com don’t do it here. Users that do not follow the guidelines above the Shout Box risk being banned from using the Shout Box.
• If when reading posts by our staff it mentions a contest most likely it is on spp.com and entering your “entry” in our comments won’t get you anywhere.  Go to the forum or click the link provided to post your entry.

-A Modest Proposal

Trade proposals have been acting a little wonky lately. For some people, the Propose Trade button hasn’t been working in the forum. There’s also an issue where, when you want to re-propose a trade, you won’t be able to access the Have List but only the original offer.

Some of you are reporting that Wish Lists don’t work in the forum. All of these issues are currently under investigation, so that we can all get back to trading! In the meantime, if you want to propose a trade to someone, you should be able to visit their SPP.com profile and click the Propose Trade button from there.

-Still Processing…

Last week we reported that there was a problem with checking out of the Pet Shop on Thursday night, where, even if processing your order looked like it was taking forever, your order actually went through in the background. This happened again this week, so we made sure everyone knew about the issue to prevent any unfortunate double checkouts.

There are also some of you who are getting a “checkout in progress” issue when they try to buy something in the Pet Shop.

As we said last week, we’re aware of these issues and are still working to improve the Pet Shop experience every week. We only get a brief window to investigate the problem on Thursday night when things get a little crazy, but our entire team is shopping along with everyone else and experiencing the same problems, so we’re well aware of them and are continuing to do our best to put out improvements and make progress.
